Custodial trust is a revocable trust wherein a custodial trustee is named to manage the assets for a beneficiary who is incapacitated or disabled. It is not necessary for the beneficiary to be disabled or incapacitated at the time the trust is created. The trust can be terminated by the adult beneficiary any time before his /her disability, incapacity, or death.
