Conservatee means a person who needs a court appointed conservator to handle his/her personal and financial matters. Usually s/he would be an adult, incapacitated person who is not able to manage his/her financial affairs and also not able to take care of his/her personal affairs independently. This can be due to his/her physical or mental retardation or old age.
