If you cause then accidential death of your Parents it does not prohibit you from inheriting from them. Under last Will laws of Mississippi, if you are not named in their Wills you would not be entitled to receive anything. But if you are named or there is no Will, you would inherit under the laws of intestate succession. If brothers and sisters you all share equally.
