Do children have rights in Mississippi to their father’s estate?

In Mississippi children do not have to be named in a Will.  If he made a Will but did not leave anything to his children, the children have no rights in Mississippi.

If no Will and he was married the estate is shared between the children and the wife. If no wife, the children receive his estate.
