How do I leave Corporate property in a Will in Mississippi?

The answer depends on a lot of things not know. But generally if the property is real estate titled in the name of the Corporation you cannot include it in your Will. Instead you could leave your stock in the corporation in your Will unless you have agreed someone else is to receive it outside your estate like under a buy-sell agreeement with a partner.  The same applies to personal property of the Corporation. The Corporation owns it. Anything titled in your name the Corporation may be using can be included in your Will.
