Estate Attorney or Probate Attorney in Mississippi. Which is needed in Mississippi?

In Mississippi there really is no distinction. Attorneys usually do not label themselves as Estate Attorney or Probate attorney.

You should, however, use an attorney who commonly files in Probate.  The Chancery Court is the proper court in Mississippi.
