Executor and Administrator power as to growing crops and farms

The executor or administrator may make application to the chancery court to sale growing crops. If cultivation and completion of crops may also be approved. A report showing receipts, less expenses, shall be returned as an accounting.

An executor or administrator may also be authorized to cultivate ease farm lands for up to fifteen months from appointment, or cultivate or lease farms from year to year for paying debts of the estate.
