How will the property be divided in the absence of a Will in Mississippi?

If married, to spouse and children with spouse taking childs share.

If married, but no children, to spouse.

If not marred but children to your children if you have children.

If no spouse or children, to brothers and sisters and parents.

This does not cover exempt property like homestead where spouse has some rights to live there for spouses’ life even if spouse owns a share if there are children.
